Thank you for registering to exhibit at Audio Advice Live taking place at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel in Raleigh, NC on August 2 – 4, 2024. We’re looking forward to a great show and are excited to have on board as an exhibitor! Please complete the steps below so you’re ready for the show.
1. Register For Your Exhibitor Badges
Use the button below register for your exhibitor badges. Use the promo code provided via email to reveal the exhibitor badge option and register for your complimentary badges.
All badges must be registered under your company or exhibiting brand name. Badges submitted under a name that does not match an exhibiting company will be cancelled.
Do not share your promo code with anyone that you do not authorize to register under your company name or to use the promo code.
2. Book Your Sleeping Room
For your planning purposes, here is the exhibitor show schedule:
Wednesday, July 31
Freight delivered to exhibit rooms by midnight
Thursday, August 1
8:00 am: Exhibitors move into experience rooms & meeting spaces to begin setup. Setup will continue throughout the day and potentially into the night to ensure exhibitors are ready by show-open on Friday morning.
Friday, August 2
10:00 am: Exhibits open
5:00 pm: Exhibits close
Saturday, August 3
10:00 am: Exhibits open
5:00 pm: Exhibits close
Sunday, August 4
10:00 am: Exhibits open
4:00 pm – 12:00 am: Show close & Exhibitor Teardown
