Health & Safety
We are excited to welcome exhibitors, attendees, and partners to Audio Advice Live 2022. Our team is committed to creating an event experience where everyone attending can safely conduct business and enjoy the show.
Audio Advice will apply practical efforts to ensure attendees and staff comply with CDC, local health officials, and the event venue recommendations. Due to the evolving nature of the current COVID-19 situation, information will be updated regularly to address ongoing questions. Events will also be subject to local regulations that may require masking, social distancing, or other limitations. We are not currently requiring vaccine checks and/or negative COVID tests.
Masks & Face Coverings
Audio Advice is committed to keeping you safe. Any attendees who are not vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask while at our event.
Cleaning & Disinfection
- Hand sanitizing stations will be visibly marked with signage and provided throughout the conference area.
- High-touch points and communal areas will be disinfected regularly by venue staff throughout the day.
Social Distancing
Wherever possible, larger spaces have been secured to ensure that distancing can be applied during presentations, one-on-one meetings, and banqueting functions for the comfort and safety of all attendees.
Presenters
Stage, lectern, and microphones will be disinfected after each session.
All Attendees Should:

- Complete a daily self assessment to ensure you are symptom free while attending Audio Advice Live. You can refer to the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker reference guide for any questions on symptoms by clicking here.
- Not enter the event if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms; promptly notify event and venue staff if they begin experiencing symptoms at any time during the event, and follow the health and safety protocols as directed.
- Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Refrain from hugging, handshaking, etc.
- Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouths with unwashed hands.
- Engage in additional responsible health and safety practices, on and off of the event grounds.
- Wearing a face mask is highly recommended, but not required.
